Energies Nouvelles has made a $50 million investment in Nanosolar that
secures Copper Indium Gallium Selenide (CIGS) thin-film photovoltaic
modules for EDF’s utility projects in North America, beginning in 2009.
Nanosolar is expected to use the cash to accelerate its production
