Oerlikon has further strengthened its management team with the appointment of Adrian Cojocaru as chief human resources officer (CHRO) and Andreas Dill as segment CEO at Advanced Technologies. Cojocaru will take up his position on December 1, 2010, while Dill will begin with immediate effect.
Adrian Cojocaru joins Oerlikon from LG Electronics, where he works as regional chief human resources officer Middle East and Africa, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Cojocaru graduated as mechanical engineer from the Faculty of Engineering & Management of Technological Systems of the Polytechnic University in Bucharest, Romania and continued his studies in the UK, where he attended the M.S. in Organizational Consulting at the Ashridge Business School.

Dill has been with Advanced Technologies since 1998, serving the company in a range of senior management positions. He holds a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering from the ETH Zurich, Switzerland.
