German PV rooftop installer, Centrosolar, has completed the installation of 190,000 PV modules across rooftops in France.
The 190 arrays cover apartment blocks across 42 municipalities managed by housing association, Habitat 76.
The S-Class Integration Deluxe modules were exported to France, from Wismar in north Germany by Centrosolar’s subsidiary, Centrosolar France. Now grid connected the rooftop arrays were installed on behalf of EDF Optimal Solutions, subsidiary of state electric supplier, EDF.
The installation project started in summer 2012, in Seine Maritime, northern France and has a combined output of 3.7MW, with systems varying from 3 to 36kW in size.
Centrosolar is also currently seeking creditor protection as the company enters insolvency administration.
