Dyesol’s founder, Dr. Gavin Tulloch (pictured), has announced his resignation from Dyesol and its board of directors to focus solely on technology development. In his new role as global director–technology, Tulloch will be responsible for global technology development.
“…Significant milestones have been achieved to meet those objectives including the establishment of collaborations and partnerships with industry leaders in the built environment including Corus (Tata Steel) UK, Pilkington NA and Singapore Aerospace Manufacturing,” Dyesol’s chairman Richard Caldwell commented. “We are also confident that additional defining relationships in the built environment that will increase shareholder value will emerge in coming months. Finally, new directors will be appointed to the board to ensure we have the appropriate governance skills and international experience to ensure Dyesol’s materials and technologies are successfully commercialised.”
Dyesol will now be recruiting a CEO for the company’s growth and development across international borders. Dyesol’s board has short-listed three potential candidates to fill the CEO position. Each candidate is said to have strong commercialization records and the company looks forward to making a decision soon. Research and development will continue at Dyesol’s Queanbeyan, New South Wales headquarters.
