Charles Ferer has been named president of EchoFirst, a role that will see him expand the company’s design, manufacturing, marketing, distribution and deployment of its Echo solar system. Ferer has 20 years of experience working for recognized companies, including Gap and PepsiCo. His most recent role saw him serve as president of Sungevity.

Before working with Sungevity, Ferer was chief financial and administrative officer of SolarCity. He received his BA in economics from the University of Puget Sound and an MBA in finance from Indiana University.
