Enerqos, a leading designer and installer of PV plants, has appointed Frank Dangeard to its Board. The Enerqos group, having subsidiaries in Greece and in France, hopes to continue its development outside of Italy.
Frank Dangeard is currently on the Boards of Calyon (Crédit Agricole), EDF, Infogrames, Symantec in the US, Moser Baer in India and Sonae in Portugal, while also being a member of the Advisory Boards of a number of international groups and non-profit organisations. He had been a partner at Sullivan & Cromwell in New York and London, Managing Director of SG.Warburg & Co., Senior Executive Vice President of France Telecom and non-executive Chairman of Thomson.
