Wane.com is reporting that city officials in Bryan, Ohio have broken ground on a 2.6MW solar array that will produce energy for the Bryan Municipal electrical infrastructure. Using First Solar PV modules, the US$ 7 million installation will be developed, designed, built and maintained by Rudolph/Libbe of Walbridge, Ohio.
The solar project is anticipated to be completed by February and will see Key Government Finance lease the solar project to Bryan, which will be able to either extend the lease or purchase the system after a ten year period.
