Gehrlicher Solar and Conetwork Erneuerbare Energien Holding (CEE), an equity investment company, have entered into a framework agreement for the development of 35MW of solar projects throughout Europe. The projects will be executed over the next twelve months.
“We are looking forward to a continuing our successful cooperation with Gehrlicher Solar in the future, also in new markets” explained Detlef Schreiber, managing director of CEE. “With our comprehensive branch and structuring experience, and a project partner that we can count on, we are in the best position possible to allow our investors to profit from the promising chances European PV parks have to offer.”
CEE and Gehrlicher Solar are not strangers when it comes to working with one another. Over the past twelve months, CEE took over two solar parks that had a total output of 10.5MW and were designed and built by Gehrlicher. Additionally, just last week, a 10.1MW solar power project was given to CEE, where as in all past collaborations between the two companies, Gehrlicher oversaw the technical operation of the plant while CEE looked over the commercial operation.
