Chinese PV module producer Aide Solar has signed a multiregion sales and distribution partnership with Hikari Solar and established its European regional headquarters in Madrid, Spain, with sales offices there and in Bari, Italy, and Munich, Germany.
Hikari will work as Aide's authorized partner in Europe, Latin America, Africa, and the Middle East for the PV company and its parent, the Panjit Group. The firm will contribute to Aide's global operations with its penetration capacity and high value services ranging from presales to legal advice, technical training, aftersales service, and customer support.
“By establishing our European headquarters in Spain through our partnership with Hikari Solar, we are also addressing large markets like Latin America, Africa, and the Middle East where we are expecting to see healthy growth,” said Eddy Fang, Aide's director of world sales and marketing. “Forging stronger customer relationships and enhancing our ability to respond to customer needs globally is our highest priority.”
“We see the partnership as a competitive advantage for our own business, not only because of Panjit Group’s global presence and its experienced team, but also because of the high quality, efficiency and reliability of its products and services, which are the best guarantee for our customers,” stated José Cánovas of Hikari.
Aide, which has an 800MW PV module production facility in Xuzhou, China, broke ground on a new 88,000 m2 factory that will be capable of housing up to 2GW of moduling capacity when fully ramped.
(Aide Solar will be exhibiting its portfolio of integrated efficient energy solutions combining wind power turbines, LED lamps, storage batteries, charge controllers, and solar modules ranging from 185W to 305W at Intersolar Europe, Booth A4.110.)
