An affiliate of JinkoSolar has signed off on supply deal that will provide 5MW of PV panels to Juwi Hellas S.A. for use in the Mesokomo Project in Northern Greece.
The project, which is owned by ETVA VIPE S.A.., was successfully connected to the grid back in December 2018.
Frank Niendorf, general manager of JinkoSolar Europe, said: "Juwi is an important European EPC client and we are very happy to expand our partnership with them in Greece. Greece is showing great growth potential and the Mesokomo Project demonstrates JinkoSolar's strong reputation in the market and how increased collaboration between JinkoSolar and Juwi can create new opportunities for both parties."
Juwi has remained in active in Greece over the past year, with the company announcing back in March 2018 that juwi Hellas commissioned three PV plants in Greece for Hellenic Petroleum Renewable Energy Sources totalling 8.6MW. At that point, the portfolio of EPC projects maintained by juwi Hellas was close to 100MW,
