KACO new energy sales have reached the equivalent of 34MW since the company started supplying major PV project developer Enerparc with utility-scale PV inverters.
KACO new energy said that the nearly 540 Powador 60.0 TL3 units had been shipped to Enerparc for projects in Germany. Further projects using Powador units are being planned in European and Asian countries, according to the company.
Michael Drabek, purchasing manager at Enerparc said: “Our projects involve modules with outputs between 225W and 255W, and with the [Powerdor] 60.0 TL3 it is easy to configure, especially as its three MPP trackers make it very flexible. Not least of all because the integrated string collector with fuses and surge protection provides a good price-performance ratio. This is important especially for large systems.”
