S.A.G. Solarstrom has secured a 60MW polycrystalline module supply deal with Canadian Solar. The modules are intended for planned projects in both Germany and Italy this year. Financial terms were not disclosed.
“Quality, performance ratio and an interesting price/performance ratio are, from our point of view, the decisive factors for purchasing components and establishing new system partnerships,” noted Dr. Karl Kuhlmann, CEO of S.A.G. Solarstrom AG. “The Canadian Solar modules have impressed us in every respect, which is why we are very happy that we have now been able to obtain a further partner whose modules we can use to construct photovoltaic systems with S.A.G. quality.”
S.A.G. Solarstrom noted that it undertook intensive assessments of the technology and quality before signing the supply contract with Canadian Solar.
