Schneider Electric will provide a variety of photovoltaics system elements to China Guangdong Nuclear Solar Energy Development for a pair of projects being built in China, a 10MWp grid-tied installation in Dunhuang and another 10MWp power station in Qinghai Xitieshan.
Outdoor lightning convergence boxes, Xantrex inverters, low-voltage power distribution equipment, and tailored local services will be supplied.
Financial terms of the deal, which marks Schneider’s first major PV orders in China, were not announced.
