Senersun has been been awarded a contract by EPC company Cooperativa Cellini to supply 16,620 of its polycrystalline-silicon PV modules for a 4MW solar farm to be built in Arezzo Province, Italy.
The financial value of the deal and construction timeline of the project were not disclosed.
“To have been selected for this project is for us an important step towards our rapid penetration to the Italian market,” said Senersun CEO Alexandre Minuzzo. “This shall convince our other customers to safely invest in solar farms in Italy using Senersun technology, as we bring our experience and highest quality standards to each and every panel.”
Senersun said it is entering a new phase of development in Europe and will increase its presence and brand visibility on the Italian market. The company has offices in Rotterdam, Milan, Barcelona, and Bordeaux.
