Solectria Renewables’ Smartgrid inverter (SGI) products will be used in the construction by Sybac Solar of two Florida-based PV projects. The projects comprise a 665kW rooftop array at the United Trucking Center in Gainesville and a 2MW ground-mounted array at the Murphree Solar Farm.
The former, smaller project will use two SGI 300 inverter models, while the latter will be equipped with four SGI 500 inverters. The two projects are being constructed under the Gainesville Regional Utilities (GRU) feed-in tariff program.
“Sybac Solar is pleased to enter into this partnership with Solectria Renewables,” said Artur Madej, president of Sybac Solar. “Sybac Solar is the largest EPC in Florida and only sources the highest quality products for its customers. Our partnership with Solectria Renewables ensures our projects have the best inverter technologies on the market at the best price.”
