Renewable energy company Elecnor announced that it is planning to construct a 25MW PV project in Barcaldine, Australia.
The project, which will be funded by the Clean Energy Finance Corporation (CEFC), will require an investment of around US$50 million in order to be completed.
The installation will be developed on 90 hectares of land and will be comprised of 79,000 PV panels — which will help the site generate an annual production of 56,000MWh.
