PV developer Canadian Solar has been awarded three solar plant projects in Brazil for a total of 110MW.
Canadian Solar noted that the three new projects will be developed in Pirapora, in the state of Minas Gerais, Brazil, and added that electricity generated by the installations will be sold to CCEE (Camara de Comercializacao de Energia Eletrica) under a 20-year power purchase agreement.
The company said that it expects all three projects to come online in late 2018.
