Scheuten Solar has revealed its large-scale installation figures for the first half of this year, which came close to 20MW. The majority of the projects were industrial rooftop installations based on EPC and operation and maintenance contracts, and comprised projects varying in size from 300kWp to 2MWp. The company, whose projects were mainly realised in European countries, also constructed a number of free-field systems.
“In recent years our team in Europe have implemented a good number of large-scale projects”, says Lucy van Keulen, director of Scheuten’s project realisation department. “As primary contractor we are engaged in the thinking process together with our partners as early as the preliminary stages of a project, and we coordinate the entire process of implementation up to and including completion. Thanks to the high quality of the solar panels installed, our projects produce an exceptionally good performance ratio… This paved the way for the successful first half of this year.”
