Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI), a state-owned enterprise, has issued a request for proposals for the second phase of its rooftop solar programme.
As part of the request for proposals, SECI is inviting interested parties to bid to design, manufacture, supply, build, test and commission rooftop PV projects in six Indian cities.
A total of 11.1MW will be available for bidding in the six cities — 1MW in Bhubaneswar-Cuttack, 1.5MW in Gurgaon, 2MW in Hyderabad, 3.1 MW in Jaipur; 1.5MW in Noida, and 2MW in Raipur. This total figure of 11.1MW may be decreased or increased by 20%, according to the SECI’s request for proposal document.
The deadline for bid submissions is 30 May 2013.
