This represents an EBIT improvement from the nine-month period of €2.740 million, which is for the second time in a row the historically best quarterly result for solar power systems.
The solar cells business segment reached a 2009 EBIT of €915,000 and is anticipating a positive result for 2010.
The anticipated feed-in-tariff reduction in Germany has led to an unusually high sales volume already in 1Q10; Solar-Fabrik therefore estimates that its results for 2010 will be equally as positive as the previous year.
