SunSi Energies has appointed David Natan as its new chief financial officer. He has 30 years of experience in several private companies.
Michel Laporte, chairman and CEO, said in regards to the appointment, “We are delighted to welcome David to SunSi. David has a proven track record of significantly growing businesses, raising debt and equity capital, consummating merger and acquisition transactions and managing multi-location international operations in high profile environments. Also, he has extensive senior executive level operational experience that will be invaluable in helping SunSi achieve its growth objectives.”
Natan said, “I am excited about the opportunity of joining SunSi at this time. I believe the company is well positioned and has strong future prospects. I look forward to helping the company achieve its objectives including the near term goal of meeting the listing requirements of the AMEX.”
Natan graduated from Boston University in economics and accounting and became a certified public accountant while working for the national accounting firm of Deloitte & Touche in Boston, Massachusetts.
