Tigo Energy has entered into a distribution agreement with AEE Solar that will see the latter become Tigo’s first U.S. distributor of Tigo Energy’s Maximizer System. The system, a power output enhancer that can improve output by 20% in a PV array, is currently ramping to full production and will, following this news, be available via the AEE catalogue of products in the U.S.
Tigo has installed over 25 of the systems globally, some over a year ago, which has provided the company a reliable source of real-world performance data with which to test the output improvements offered by implementing the system. Training in the installation of the system will be provided in conjunction with AEE Solar training.
