Solar solutions provider Vivint Solar has announced the resignation of the its CEO Tanguy Serra and the appointment of Alex Dunn as his interim replacement.
Vivint Solar said Serra would remain at the company in an advisory capacity.
Dunn has been with the company for the last seven years, most recently serving as Vivint’s president.
Serra said: “I have decided that it is time for me to step away from the day-to-day operations of the business. I’m grateful to all of our customers, partners, investors and most of all employees for the support and commitment they have given to Vivint Solar. I remain committed to the company and look forward to continuing to serve in my advisory capacity.”
Alex Dunn said: “Tanguy has helped us build an amazing business, and we are grateful for all of his hard work and dedication. Vivint Solar is what it is today because of his leadership. We are committed to expanding upon the foundation that he has built, and believe our solar solution to be a critical component to helping our customers save money and gain energy independence.”
