Waaree Energies nabs order for 5.75MW turnkey solar project in Maharashtra, India

Waaree Energies revealed that it had landed a contract to deliver a 5.75MW turnkey thin-film solar PV plant for Shree Saibaba sugar factory in Latur, Maharashtra, India. No details were given as to a timeline for project completion. 

Adinath Sangwe, technical director of Shree Saibaba sugar factory said, “We are very happy to award this order to Waaree Energies. The experience of Waaree Energies with regard to in-time execution of MW solar PV projects has given us immense confidence in them. This power plant will be one of its kind in Maharashtra, and will provide the much needed momentum for grid base solar power in Maharashtra.”
