has decided on a location for its new thin-film solar module
manufacturing facility. The company is to sublet the facilities of a
90,000 square-foot building in Wood Village east of Portland, Oregon,
which was previously used by another technology manufacturer.
“We are happy to announce that we have selected a building, entered into a lease, and that we can begin efforts to prepare that facility for our manufacturing systems,” said Mr. Tom Djokovich (pictured), CEO for XsunX.
Preparation of the facility for the establishment of XsunX’s first 25MW of output should commence once approval of the lease for the building has been obtained, which is expected within fifteen days. The building is located in close proximity to a source of hydroelectric power and shipping and transportation routes.
