9REN to develop 1MW project for Helios in Italy

9REN has obtained a new order from Helios to develop, build, and manage a 1MW PV power plant of 1MW in Buseto Palizzolo in the Italian province of Trapani in Sicily. The location of the new project is close to a 1.9MW system previously contracted with Helios and already under construction.

Project development, engineering, project management, supply of material, assembly and construction of the plant as well as the connection to the medium-voltage system and various services such as the monitoring system will be the responsibility of 9REN, according to the terms of the agreement.

The timelines for the construction of the new project and the financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
