With insolvency protection proceedings underway, not surprisingly, centrotherm photovoltaics have said it would delay its Annual General Meeting and the first-half year financial results.
Initially, the company had planned its AGM for August 14, 2012 but said this would probably occur towards the end of the year or at the beginning of 2013. With respect to financial reporting, centrotherm only said this would happen ‘at a later date.’
