China Nuvo Solar Energy to purchase novel solar patents from Photovoltaics, Inc.

China Nuvo Solar Energy, Inc. has signed a letter of intent with
Photovoltaics, Inc. to purchase certain patents that had previously
been licensed to China Nuvo under a ten-year agreement.

The letter of intent calls for Photovoltaics to be issued 2,000,000
restricted shares of China Nuvo $0.001 par value common stock in
exchange for ownership of the patents related to “A Multi-Stacked
Photovoltaic Sell with Light Transmitting Wave Guides in A Ceramic
Sleeve.”
