China-based PV manufacturer and developer Hareon Solar Technology has signed another PV framework agreement totalling 100MW with Hakusan Municipal Economic Development Zone in Baishan city.
The initial agreement spans 50MW of ground mounted crystalline silicon module-based PV power plants as well as 50MW of distributed rooftop projects.

However, the agreement could be further expanded to cover distributed rooftop projects in neighbouring cities and districts, although further details were not provided.
Hareon Solar said it would be responsible for all aspects of the PV plants, including construction financing.
