Antaisolar to supply 400MW tracker solution for utility-scale solar plant

Antaisolar has announced that it has secured a 400MW tracker order from China-based project developer and EPC Jiayang, the third occasion that the two parties have cooperated.

Antaisolar will be providing a 400MW TAI-Universal tracker solution for solar plants located in Ningxia and Gansu. The plants are expected to come online at the end of 2021.

At the signing ceremony, Jasmine Huang, Antaisolar’s CEO, stated that Jiayang is committed to the creation of a high-quality ecological environment in a specific area, such as north west  China. She went on to express the company’s delight at the new cooperation to jointly make a contribution towards carbon neutrality.

The TAI-Universal single-axis independent 1P tracker features a multi-point drive to ensure stability in areas prone to frequent sandstorms and  has terrain flexibility, being able to adapt to a 20° north to south slope. It has been widely used in numerous solar projects across the globe due to its excellent performance, particularly in extreme weather conditions.
