C&D Clean Energy has announced that it is to supply Turkey’s Cengiz Energy with 200MW of solar products under a newly signed supply chain partnership. The arrangement will involve the delivery of 160MW of Tier 1 modules and 40MW of KSTAR inverters over the coming three months.

Cengiz Energy, a subsidiary of Cengiz Holdings, is one of Turkey’s largest energy investment companies, engaged in electricity generation, distribution and turnkey delivery of production facilities, having to date developed a cumulative 3,500MW of solar projects across 17 cities.

“The cooperation with Cengiz Energy marks yet another milestone in our growing business in Turkey”, commented Michael K. Lee, C&D Clean Energy General Manager. “We aim to integrate our global resources to deliver our “LIFT” supply chain services to customers and are happy to support our partners with value-added services. Tapping into our expertise in supply chain and in-depth channel operation, we will help our customers explore and develop more opportunities both locally and globally.”

Murat Yilmaz, Renewable Energy Coordinator at Cengiz Energy added: “Cengiz Energy has a consistent vision to be a leader and pioneer in the energy industry by adding overseas projects to achievements in its domestic market. We are delighted to be able to count on a reliable partner like C&D Clean Energy and are confident that our relationship will significantly facilitate our business development efforts, both in Turkey and other foreign solar markets.”
