DAS Solar has announced that it has shipped its N-type rectangular modules to the European market for the first time. The module delivers exceptional performance, featuring “0” LID, 1.00% first-year power degradation and 0.40% annual degradation. Power output is increased by 20W with a conversion efficiency of 22.9%, effectively reducing both system BOS costs and LCOE.
Equipped with the company’s cutting-edge TOPCon 4.0 technology, cells have achieved a laboratory efficiency of up to 26.33%, setting a 735mV open circuit voltage record.
