DMEGC has announced that its ESG rating has been upgraded from BB to BBB in the latest results published by Morgan Stanley Capital International (MSCI), making it one of only two Chinese PV companies to achieve this category.
The MSCI ESG rating is a globally recognized evaluation system, with its ratings widely used by international investors. According to the latest report, DMEGC leads the industry in areas such as opportunities in clean technology, labour management and corporate governance, with the company continuing its commitment to green and low-carbon development, increasing investment in the renewable energy sector and enhancing the quality of development in the photovoltaic and lithium battery industries. DMEGC Solar has become the main engine driving the company’s performance growth, with module shipments ranking in the industry’s top 10 in both 2022 and 2023.
