DMEGC Solar has announced that it has been awarded EPD certification for the Italian market, in recognition of the company’s commitment to product quality and environmental sustainability.
The EPD certificate is based on comprehensive documentation of the environmental footprint of solar modules across their entire life cycle, including aspects such as raw material extraction, production, transportation, installation, usage, maintenance and post-life management. The award will enable DMEGC to establish a crucial reference point for the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) and other market access conditions within the European Union.
