JinkoSolar has announced the signing of a 50MWh agreement with Palette Business Solutions, a renewable energy company dealing in cutting edge solar energy products and solutions, for distribution of its battery system units and LFP container storage system in Nigeria.
“Palette only partners with top tier global manufacturers in delivering sustainable solutions at competitive price points. Our distribution network in Nigeria consists of committed resellers, professional installers and an excellent support team. Palette commenced operations in 2010 to fight the devastating effects of climate change and to create awareness and use of solar energy through delivering clean uninterrupted electricity to rural and urban communities,” commented Charles Mezu, Head of Palette.
“We’ve seen a surge in electricity demand throughout Africa, which has outstripped that produced by traditional suppliers. Together with Palette, we firmly believe that our ESS solutions will bring new development opportunities to Nigeria and make renewable electricity accessible and affordable for every household and factory in the country,” added Jaffer Wang, JinkoSolar’s GM for Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA).
