JinkoSolar has announced that it has secured a 150MW module supply contract for Algeria’s groundbreaking solar project initiative, marking a significant milestone in the company’s  international expansion.

In collaboration with Amimer Energie Officielle, Jinko will provide its state-of-the-art N-type TOPCon modules for two pivotal projects within the initiative: the 100MW Ain el Beida project located in the Wilaya of Ourgla and the 50MW Beni Ounif project in the Wilaya of Bechar, both   set to play a crucial role in Algeria’s renewable energy landscape.

The country’s environmental challenges, including extreme temperatures reaching up to 50°C, intense UV radiation levels surpassing 1100 W/m², and frequent sandstorms demand solar technology of exceptional resilience and efficiency. Jinko’s Tiger Neo N-type TOPCon modules have been rigorously tested and selected for their excellent performance under these demanding conditions, showcasing the company’s dedication to innovation and quality.
