Kehua has announced the official opening of a new factory in Zhangjiakou City, some 190km from Beijing. The factory will be operated by the Zhangbei Kesheng New Energy Company, under the Kehua Data Company, and is located in one of the four competition venues for the 2022 Winter Olympics.

It will be equipped with solar inverter and energy storage converter production lines, with a planned capacity for phase 1 of 3GW.

Once operational, Kehua’s Zhangbei factory will promote the construction of a renewable energy demonstration zone within the infrastructure of the Winter Olympic area in Zhangjiakou, achieving carbon emission reductions and contributing to new energy development in the city.
