CETC subsidiary Red Solar has announced that the average conversion efficiency of its N-type cells has reached 26.01%, a breakthrough based on the development and validation of the company’s low reflectivity texture technology, front boron + rear-oxidized high-specific resistance technology, LPCVD + phosphorous diffusion matching process, rear-side multi-busbar and laser induced firing technology.
“We have already mastered the core technology required to achieve improved cell efficiency and are expecting to announce a further increase during the first quarter of 2024. This will further enhance the Red Solar brand in the field of TOPCon cell technology and drive the company’s ongoing rapid development in the new energy industry,” commented director of marketing operations Tao Zhou.
