Martifer Solar signs deal with Sunflower to develop PV projects in Piedmont region of Italy

Martifer Solar has entered into a binding agreement with Sunflower for the engineering, procurement, construction, operation and maintenance for 13MW of PV plants throughout the Piedmont regions of Italy. Martifer and Sunflower have previously worked together on two recently completed 2.1MW PV plants in the Province of Alessandria.

The PV plants are part of Sunflower’s portfolio for PV projects that has been under development since 2010, which are anticipated to achieve full authorization by February. “We are very glad with this sign of trust by Sunflower shown through the frame agreement after the construction of Alessandria plants”, stated Pedro Pereira, managing director of Martifer Solar Italy.
