Neoen set to acquire juwi EnR

Independent energy company Neoen and juwi AG have signed a deal that will see Neoen acquire 100% of juwi EnR — the French subsidiary of juwi AG.

The deal between both companies is expected to be completed within the next few weeks. juwi EnR stands as one of the leading renewable energy companies located in France.
