For small and medium-sized companies, take-e-way claims it will act as a personal representative to fulfil a business’ obligation towards the German Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act, the Batteries Act and the Packaging Ordinance. The company also deals with the legal requirements of the REACh Ordinance, of the RoHS Directive, of the Ecodesign Directive (ErP/EuP) and of the CE Marking obligations in Germany and Europe.
