Octillion appoints Barry Honig to new Advisory Board

Barry Honig, a well-known venture capital investor
and advisor, has joined the newly-established Octillion Advisory Board,
announced Nicholas Cucinelli, President and CEO.  Mr. Honig, whose main
areas of expertise are corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions,
has assisted many companies in going public and with listings on NASDAQ.
