Canadian Solar scores 146MW deal in Honduras

Module maker and project developer Canadian Solar has won a 146.4MW module order in Honduras.

The company will supply panels to two utility-scale projects in the Central American country.

Project development and engineering, procurement and construction services will be provided by Solar Power S.A. de C.V. (SOPOSA) and Companía Hondurena de EnergiaSolar S.A. de C.V. (COHESSA).

The capacity will be split equally between the two sites in the south of the country.
