Philip Comberg named CEO of Conergy

Philip Comberg has beeen approved by the supervisory board of Conergy to remain with the company as CEO for three years, effective 1 January 2013.

Comberg previously served as chairman of the board, a position which will now be taken up by Andreas Plesske. Comberg will oversee strategy, corporate development and communications, human resources, compliance and legal in his position as CEO. Conergy noted that the rest of the management and supervisory board will remain the same.
