PV Talk: Rwanda takes big step forward for African solar

Earlier this month, the first grid-connected utility PV power plant in Rwanda and East Africa was officially opened. Ahead of a two-day event in March focusing on solar energy in East Africa, PV Tech spoke to Williams Nkurunziza, Rwanda's high commissioner to the UK, about the project's significance to his country and to the deployment of solar in Africa.
