S.A.G. Solarstrom announces latest transactions

Developer S.A.G. Solarstrom has kicked off the New Year with the sale of five Germany-based PV ground-mounted systems to an undisclosed company.

The systems have a total output of approximately 12MWp and the transaction was in the double-digit million range, the company said.

In addition, S.A.G. has also announced the purchase of modules and inverters with a total output of around 33MWp from various suppliers.

The company said that the modules are to supply planned projects, particularly in the UK, which are scheduled to be implemented in the first quarter of 2013.
