Solar-Fabrik CFO resigns

German PV module manufacturer Solar-Fabrik has announced the resignation of its Chief Financial Officer Martin Friedrich.

The company, which has been struggling with falling revenues, said Friedrich would see out his contract until the end of April 2013, after which he would leave to “pursue new challenges”.

Solar-Fabrik added that Friedrich’s resignation was “his own decision”.

The company’s latest financial report showed revenues in the first three quarters of 2012 at €71.9 million (U$95.8 million) compared to €131.2 million (US$175 million) in the same period of the previous year.
