The local court in Amberg, Germany court has appointed Dr Hubert Ampferl, partner of Nuremberg-based law firm Dr Beck & Partner, as supervisor of SiC Processing, which is operating as ‘debtor-in-possession’ during insolvency proceedings.
The slurry recycling specialist has until March 19 2013 to propose a restructuring plan that will be put forward to creditors in a meeting to be held in mid April.
