Solarwatt, a German-based module manufacturer, has officially acquired the French subsidiary of German CentroSolar.
The company is now known as Solarwatt France. The financial details of the agreement were not disclosed.

Solarwatt had signed an agreement in June 2014 to acquire the Benelux-based and French subsidiaries of CentroSolar.
