TerniEnergia exceeds 2010 target, completes 76 plants totalling 77.2MWp

TerniEnergia has completed the construction of 31 industrial sized photovoltaic plants, together totalling 33.3MWp. A sum of 4.4MWp was developed for Joint Venture’s power generation business, with the remaining built on behalf of third parties. The new plants are located in Sardegna, Umbria, Lazio, Puglia, Piemonte, Abruzzo, Veneto, Toscana e Campania regions.

The plants were completed during the fourth quarter of 2010, increasing the total number of installed plants by TerniEnergia that year to 76, with a total installed power of 77.2MWp, 29.5MWp of which was performed for JV’s power generation business and 47.7MWp for third parties.

With the completion of new plants, TerniEnergia’s exceeded the target of its 2010 business plan, bringing the total number of plants built by the company from the beginning of its activity until December 31, 2010 to 204 for a total aggregate capacity of 117.2MWp, 49.3MWp of which were performed for JV’s power generation business.
